This structure rising before you is not just a building. It embodies our shared belief in the power of education and our steadfast commitment to the success of our young people and the unwavering support of everyone gathered here today. From architects and construction crews to community leaders, parents, and educators, this is truly a collective achievement. As we place the final beam, let it serve as a reminder of the solid foundation we are building. Not only steel and concrete, but opportunities and dreams.
