A Round of Applause at Museum Parc's Groundbreaking Ceremony

KSS is playing an integral part in Museum Parc, an innovative development that combines affordable housing, retail, and a contemporary art gallery. Located on the downtown campus of The Newark Museum of Art, it's a symbol of the city's renaissance and will serve as an inclusive multiuse cultural anchor for the community. "These projects are incredibly challenging and the team that we pulled together really made this all happen. Thank you to our design professionals, Inglese Architects & Engineering and KSS Architects," shared Jake Pine, Managing Director at LMXD. A key component to the success of this project is the partnering of the development team with the museum as a local cultural icon and anchor institution.

Thank you to Merilee Meacock and Jason Chmura of KSS Architects for their great design and particularly for their handling of our community town halls ... Together we have collaborated on a project that will transform this 4.5-acre campus into a dynamic, walkable hub for culture and commerce. It's a bold vision for our future.
