The Opportunity

KSS worked with Innovo Property Group on the development of the Review Avenue Complex, a 736,400-square-foot, Class A, multi-story industrial facility that is set to open in 2026. 

Our Approach

To address the challenge of maximizing the potential of a small, irregular industrial site with limited street frontage, KSS Architects recognized the importance of vertical circulation and designed a facility that accommodates local and regional businesses. The Complex features expansive warehouse and mezzanine space, ample parking and loading areas, and flexible suites tailored to tenant needs. With generous clear heights, multiple docks, drive-in doors, and drive-up access to every floor, tenants can experience exceptional convenience and functionality for modern industrial operations. The planned vehicle circulation will ensure smooth logistical throughput across the facility while reducing street congestion and improving operational efficiency. The Complex reimagines the urban industrial typology, functioning as a hub for last-mile delivery, local manufacturing, and storage, while addressing spatial limitations and operational needs with innovative solutions.
