This mixed-used development at Site E of the former Ballantine Brewery is being envisioned as a new campus, connecting to the established network that already exists within the East Ironbound community and the City of Newark.
Our Approach
Honoring the history of Ballantine Brewery, which was once the largest brewery in the United States, this new “superblock” will bring population density to a low-density neighborhood, drawing in new commercial businesses to complement the adjacent, existing business corridor.
