The Opportunity

This inaugural structure on a historic greenfield site is part of a planned, multiphase development. Setting the architectural tone for what’s to come, it embodies a powerful concept: “grounding the cloud.” A solid brick base anchors the building to the landscape, while a lighter, fluted concrete panel above gestures toward the ephemeral nature of digital infrastructure—blending a sense of permanence with innovation.

Our Approach

Engineered for resilience, the 40MW facility is classified as a Tier III data center by the Uptime Institute and features triple redundancy across all critical systems to ensure uninterrupted uptime. Equally ambitious in its sustainability targets, the project is designed to offset a significant portion of its energy demand and is tracking toward LEED Gold certification. These dual commitments—to technical performance and environmental stewardship—position the facility as both a technological keystone and a model for forward-looking development, laying the foundation for the site’s evolution into a vital, high-performance campus.
